Upcoming Release “Valhalla” on October 13th, 2026
When I decide to release new music, I first browse through the photos I have taken since my previous release. There were many candidates this time around but I felt that this shot represented the theme of this release the best - mystic and transmuting something negative into something positive. This cover photo was taken during the wildfire season, and most of the songs in this EP was written when I was processing some of the recent personal events that left me somewhat confused in the dark. This year, I have been finding a lot of strength and courage through self-love and transformation. The biggest lesson I have learned is knowing that I am no longer afraid of uncertainties - whatever the universe brings to me, I am ready to face it. I hope that this release finds you when it is most needed.
Playing an all-original set for the first time
Electric Love
I was extremely grateful for the opportunity to play at Electric Love this year. For the first time as an artist, I chose to play an all-original set. This was also my first completely sober and clean festival as I continue on my journey of complete sobriety since January of this year. No alcohol, drugs, or even cigarettes, but I still danced harder than ever before, and I had a great time overall.
For my set, there was not much of a crowd as I am definitely a newcomer in this part of the world and it was a day-time set on the smallest stage. Regardless, it might be my favourite Beatmool set of all time. Hearing my creations through the biggest sound system yet only made me so much more confident in my music than ever before. I even spoke on the mic for the first time - I feel that this information may be unbelievable for those of you who have seen me perform before.
Seeing my friends during the set and reading some of the kind messages from other witnesses definitely made me feel loved. I am not exactly sure how I feel about attending music festivals in the future now that I have evolved into a completely different person than when I first started Beatmool. One thing I know for sure, is that I will most likely stick to playing all, if not mostly, original from now on, because that is why I started DJing in the first place. Not to please others with other peoples’ music, but for the sole purpose of sharing my creations with the world.

Designing Merch
I have been working on designing some merch. It has been fun but also somewhat challenging in some aspects. As a picky person when it comes to fashion, I wanted to find the right pieces of clothing that first of all feel nice and fit nice. Material is so crucial when I look for clothing, and band/artist merch is never an exception.
It may take longer than I expected as I order various prototypes, and then try out different designs afterward. Rest assured, for those who really love my music, the merch is on its way!
I am thinking some headwear, cozy tops for the autumn/winter, and possibly some basic tshirts. What do you look for in band merch? Please let me know your thoughts in the comments on my blog!

I wanted to find a cool name for this blog/newsletter. As a water-bearer, I thought that “tidings” was the best fit.
